Hill, Pearl Taylor, 96, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 7, 2017. Pearl was preceded in death by her parents and her five brothers. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, James Richard Hill, Sr.; her children, Karen Hay (Ray) and Rick Hill (Terry); grandchildren, Pastor Jason Hay (Tiffany), Angela Doolittle (Scott), Pastor Bryan Hay (Stephanie), Candace Hay (Moose Quinn) and Maxcy Plouffe, and 6 great-grandchildren with one on the way. Pearl was an avid gardener and cook and loved spending time with her family and friends. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 on Friday, August 11, 2017 at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rt. 10). Her funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 3 p.m. Interment will be private at Bland Cemetery, Bland, VA at a later date.
